Order in Council 264/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Robert Plamondon was appointed as a part-time member of the Ontario Internal Audit Committee ( OIAC ) to serve as Chair of the Community Services Sector Audit Committee subcommittee at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, pursuant to Order in Council 537/2020 effective March 25, 2020;

And

whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council wishes to re-appoint Robert Plamondon to serve as a general member of the OIAC at pleasure for a period of up to three years from the date of this Order;

Now therefore pursuant to subsection 6.1(1) of the Ministry of Government Services Act ;

Order in Council 537/2020 is hereby revoked;

Robert Plamondon of Ottawa be appointed as part-time member of the OIAC to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding 3 years, effective the date this Order in Council is made;
