OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated June 14, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Pamela Whalen, made pursuant to Order in Council 2001-268, dated June 8, 2001; and (

b) appoint Pamela Whelan of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a Commissioner for taking affidavits while employed with the NDP Caucus Office.
