OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage dated September 11, 2020, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to authorize the Minister of Communities, Culture and Heritage, on behalf of the Province, to enter into amending agreements with the Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada, concerning the Bilateral Agreement on Sport Participation (2015-2022) and providing for up to $1 million additional funding from the Federal government where there is no additional cost to the Province.
