Chapter 446 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Stora Forest Industries Limited Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into a Consent Agreement, in the form or to like effect as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, with NewPage Port Hawkesbury Corp. to enable the company to sell harvested Crown timber to a proposed wood biomass fuelled electrical generation facility.
