On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2010, is amended as set out in the attached Appendix, to apply for the 2018 and subsequent taxation years.

Appendix

Section 2 (

a) of the Port Land Valuation Regulation, B.C. Reg. 304/2010, is amended by striking out “ 2017 taxation year, as at December 31, 2016, ” and substituting “ 2018 taxation year, as at December 31, 2017, ”.

2 Sections 3 (2) and 4 (2) are amended by striking out “ 2017 taxation year, ” and substituting “ 2018 taxation year, ”.
