OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Petroleum Directorate dated January 20, 2000, pursuant to
Section 12 of
Chapter 147 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act, and
Section 40 of
Chapter 345 of the said Revised Statutes, the Pipeline Act, is pleased to approve the delegation by the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board of all powers, duties or authorities conferred or imposed on the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Board by the Pipeline Act and the Energy and Mineral Resources Conservation Act and regulations made thereto with respect to the construction, operation, maintenance, inspection and enforcement of gas plant facilities as prescribed in the Gas Plant Facility Regulations to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board, a board established by
Chapter 11 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, as amended, effective on and after March 1, 2000.
