OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development, dated January 13, 2021, and pursuant to
Section 77 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased, effective February 2, 2021, to authorize the Minister of Education and Early Childhood Development and the Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure Renewal, as applicable, to enter into a net debt obligation in a total amount not to exceed $64.151 million resulting from the capital expenses associated with the school construction projects as set out in the Report and Recommendation.
