Chapter 430 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Small Claims Court Act, is pleased to appoint Terry E. Farrell, of Amherst, Nova Scotia, as an Adjudicator of the Small Claims Court for a term of 5 years effective on and after February 25, 2009.
