Order in Council 1533/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Mark Fuller was reappointed as part-time member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Public Guardian and Trustee for a period not exceeding three years, effective February 11, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1902/2019;

And

whereas Mark Fuller tendered his resignation on October 27, 2021;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 4(2) of Ontario Regulation 191/95 made under the Public Guardian and Trustee Act , Order in Council O.C. 1902/2019 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
