Section 4 of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Business Electronic Filing Act (the “Act”), is pleased to amend the Business Registry Regulations , N.S. Reg. 14/2000, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2000-24 dated February 2, 2000, to designate the Fur Industry Act for the purpose of the Act, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 12, 2017.
