Order in Council 1526/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to the Criminal Code , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1458/2022 dated November 17, 2022 that reappointed John Paul Fedoroff of Ottawa as a part-time Psychiatrist member of the Ontario Review Board be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
