Order in Council 1235/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 3(3) of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. N.5, Order in Council 107/2020 appointing Genevieve Catherine Hennessey as a director of the Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation is revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
