CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Saskatchewan 4-H Foundation Act (Assented to April 29, 1980) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Saskatchewan 4-H Foundation Amendment Act, 1980. Rev. Stat. c. S-18,

Section of The Saskatchewan 4-H Foundation Act is repealed and the following substituted: Composition of trustees “5 The trustees are: (

a) the Dean of the College of Agriculture of The University of Saskatchewan or any person designated in writing by him; (

b) the Deputy Minister of Agriculture or any person designated in writing by him; (

c) the president of Saskatchewan Wheat Pool or any person designated in writing by him; (

d) the president of the council; (

e) the vice-president of the council; and (
