OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated March 12, 2024, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased, effective on and after March 26, 2024, to approve the Minister of Health and Wellness entering into an agreement with Public Works and Government Services Canada, on behalf of the Public Health Agency of Canada, for funding to support the ongoing surveillance of chronic diseases in Nova Scotia, in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject only to such variations as do not materially change the agreement.
