Order in Council 1161/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 558/2015, dated the 6th day of May 2015, Ian Christopher Kuehl was appointed as a member of the City of Pembroke Police Services Board for a period of two years, effective from May 6, 2015;

And

Whereas Ian Christopher Kuehl has agreed to be reappointed as a member of the City of Pembroke Police Services Board;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended, Ian Christopher Kuehl is hereby further reappointed as a member of the City of Pembroke Police Services Board for a term of three years, effective from the date of this Order in Council.
