OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated October 29, 2015, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 13 of the Acts of 2012, the Patient Safety Act , is pleased to amend the Patient Safety Reporting Regulations , N.S. Reg. 55/2013, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2013-67 dated March 12, 2013, to add further patient indicators in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after December 15, 2015.
