Section of the New Brunswick Income Tax Act,

chapter N-6.001 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2000, is amended L’article de la Loi de l’impôt sur le revenu du Nouveau-Brunswick,

chapitre N- 6.001 des Lois du Nouveau-Brunswick de 2000, est modifié (

a) in subsection (3.5) in the portion preceding paragraph (

a) by striking out “For the taxation year and subsequent taxation years,” and substitut ‐ ing “For the and taxation years,”;

a) au paragraphe (3.5), au passage qui précède l’alinéa a ), par la suppression de « Pour l’année d’imposition et les années d’imposition subsé ‐ quentes, » et son remplacement par « Pour les années d’imposition et 2022, »; (

b) by adding after subsection (3.5) the following:

b) par l’adjonction de ce qui suit après le paragra ‐ phe (3.5) : 14(3.6) For the taxation year and subsequent tax‐ ation years, the tax payable under this Part for a taxation year by an individual on the individual’s taxable income or taxable income earned in Canada, as the case may be, referred to in this Division as the “amount taxable”, is the sum of the following: 14(3.6) Pour l’année d’imposition et les années d’imposition subséquentes, l’impôt payable sous le ré ‐ gime de la présente

partie pour une année d’imposition par un particulier sur son revenu imposable ou son reve ‐ nu imposable gagné au Canada, selon le cas, appelé « montant imposable » à la présente section, correspond à la somme de ce qui suit : (a) 9.4% of the portion of the amount taxable that is less than or equal to $47,715; a) 9,4 % de la

section does not apply to subsection 14(3.6) for the taxation year. 16.1(1.9) Le présent
