Order in Council 282/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Lieutenant Governor in Council established the Blue Ribbon Panel on Financial Sustainability in the Post-Secondary Education Sector (“Blue Ribbon Panel”) by Order in Council made under

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act ;

Therefore , pursuant to

section 4 of the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities Act ,

Maxim Jean-Louis of Sudbury

be appointed as a member of the Blue Ribbon Panel to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not extending beyond February 29, 2024, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
