An Act to Amend the Fish and Wildlife Act Loi modifiant la

Loi sur le poisson et la faune Her Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of New Brunswick, enacts as fol- lows: Sa Majesté, sur l’avis et avec le consentement de l’As- semblée législative du Nouveau-Brunswick, édicte : 1 Subsection 1(1) of the Fish and Wildlife Act,

chapter F-14.1 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 1980, is amended 1 Le paragraphe 1 (1) de la

a) by repealing the definition “crossbow” and sub- stituting the following:

b) striking out “and” at the end of the paragraph; (

a) a bow having a draw weight of less than 10 kg at or before 70 cm draw;
