Order in Council 678/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 770/2019, dated May 16, 2019, the Ontario Youth Voice Roundtable was established to provide advice to the Minister of Children, Community and Social Services specific to issues impacting the child welfare and youth justice systems and provide such other assistance as may be required by the Minister;

And

whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 771/2019, dated May 16, 2019, the remuneration rates of the members of the Ontario Youth Voice Roundtable were determined;

And

whereas the Government of Ontario wishes to revoke Orders in Council numbered O.C. 770/2019 and O.C. 771/2019;

Therefore , Orders in Council numbered O.C. 770/2019 and O.C. 771/2019 are hereby revoked effective the date of this Order in Council.
