OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education dated July 24, 2001, and pursuant to

Section 88 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2001-243 dated May 25, 2001, by striking out "Halifax Regional School Board" in clause (

c) and substituting "Halifax Regional Municipality".
