OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Service Nova Scotia and Internal Services dated May 25, 2021, and pursuant to

Section 50 of

Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act , is pleased to amend the Liquor Licensing Regulations , N.S. Reg 365/2007, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2007-445 dated August 17, 2007, to enable the take away and delivery of mixed drinks from licensed restaurants and eating establishments during a State of Emergency, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after May 26, 2021.
