OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated December 8, 2025, and pursuant to clause 7(

c) and clause 16(1)(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources: (

a) issuing a deed for Crown lands currently identified as a portion of PID 50016997 that contain approximately 10 hectares (25 acres) and is located at Queensville, Inverness County, as shown outlined in bold and shaded grey on the map marked

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Zutphen Resources Inc., or its approved successors or assigns; (

b) accepting a deed from Zutphen Resources Inc., or its approved successors or assigns, for private lands currently identified as PID 85038099 that contain 32.4 hectares (80 acres), as shown outlined in bold on the map marked

Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, subject to the condition that Zutphen Resources Inc. is able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by Department of Justice; and (

c) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
