Chapter 496 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Voluntary Planning Act, is pleased to designate Mr. Rick MacDonald of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as Chair of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board for a term commencing October 20, 2009 and expiring on February 24, 2012.
