Order in Council 373/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to sections 2 and 8 of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario Act, 2016 ,

Whereas pursuant to Order in Council O.C. 42/2022 Lawrence Ritchie was re-appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario (“Authority”) and as such continued as a member of the Authority; and

whereas Lawrence Ritchie resigned as a member of the Board of Directors and the Authority effective December 31, 2023,

Therefore Order in Council O.C. 42/2022 is revoked effective December 31, 2023.
