OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated May 1, 2013, and pursuant to
Section 35 of
Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased to approve, effective May 28, 2013, a borrowing plan for the fiscal year 2013-2014, comprising the borrowing of money by the Minister of Finance for terms greater than three hundred and sixty-five days to a maximum aggregate amount of $975,000,000.
