OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 4, 2011, and pursuant to Sections 672.38 and 672.39 of

Chapter C-46 of the Revised Statutes of Canada, 1985, the Criminal Code, is pleased, December 6, 2011, to:

a) reappoint Dr. Brian J. McCormick of West Chezzetcook, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Review Board for a term of three years;

b) reappoint Dr. Michael Teehan, Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Review Board for a term of three years;

c) determine the remuneration of Dr. Brian J. McCormick and Dr. Michael Teehan be at the rate of $75.00 per hour, together with reasonable expenses; and

d) order that the Province shall defend, negotiate or settle claims or charges made against Dr. Brian McCormick and Dr. Michael Teehan and indemnify them from personal liability provided the Province is satisfied the claim arises out of their activities in relation to their appointment and is not based on fraud or criminal activity and where the Province so defends them, the Province will be in control of the case.
