Order in Council 787/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 839/2019, dated May 30, 2019, Donald B. Sherritt was appointed as a member of the Municipality of North Grenville Police Services Board for a term of three years effective May 30, 2019;

And

whereas Donald B. Sherritt has, in writing, resigned his appointment;

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 839/2019, dated May 30, 2019, appointing Donald B. Sherritt as a member of the Municipality of North Grenville Police Services Board, is hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
