Chapter 393, of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Regulations Act , is pleased to dispense with the publication in the Royal Gazette,

Part II, of the regulations to be made by the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing (pursuant to

Section 451 of

Chapter 18 of the Acts of 1998, the Municipal Government Act ) respecting the amendment of the Financial Reporting and Accounting Manual by repealing and replacing Appendix A and Appendix B, pursuant to a form of order as set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or one to like effect.
