Order in Council 64/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(2) and sections 3 and 4 of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter O.32, Alan Spacek, of Moonbeam be reappointed as Commissioner and re-designated as Chair of the Ontario Northland Transportation Commission, to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective the later of January 28, 2025 and the date this Order is made.
