EXPLANATORY NOTE NOTE EXPLICATIVE This Bill requires a person to be publicly interviewed by a committee of the Legislative Assembly before bein g appointed to the board of Manitoba Hydro, the Liquo r Control Commission, Manitoba Lotteries Corporation or Manitoba Public Insurance Corporation.
