Order in Council 873/2017

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 27(1) of the Expropriations Act , Marcelle Bourassa of Richmond Hill be reappointed a part-time member of the Board of Negotiation for a term of three years, effective May 6, 2017.
