OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health and Wellness dated December 2, 2025, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act , is pleased, effective on and after February 18, 2026, to authorize the IWK Health Centre entering into net debt obligations by acquiring tangible capital assets, and executing such agreements or other documents as may be required in connection with such transactions, for the purposes of establishing the Menopause Centre of Excellence.
