OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated December 14, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 77 of

Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2010, the Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Master Merchant Systems Software Limited and V-DOCS Inc., in an amount not to exceed Four Hundred Twenty Thousand dollars ($420,000.00) authorized by the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated on September 28, 2011, on terms and conditions generally as outlined in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated , December 14, 2011; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism to execute such agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
