OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour, Skills and Immigration dated September 9, 2025, and pursuant to
Section 3 of
Chapter 37 of the Acts of 2010, the Labour Board Act , and
Section 18 of
Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the
Interpretation Act , hereby revokes the appointment of Joseph “Kenneth” Chisholm of Halifax Regional Municipality as an employer representative member of the Labour Board, made by Order in Council 2025-200 dated June 26, 2025, effective September 23, 2025.
