OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated March 22, 2001, pursuant to the Notaries and Commissioners Act and the
Interpretation Act is pleased to: (
a) revoke the appointment of Glendon W. Smith, which appointment was made pursuant to Order in Council 2000-228 dated April 26, 2000; and (
b) appoint Glendon W. Smith of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a Commissioner for taking Affidavits, to expire April 30, 2006.
