OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated May 18, 2010, and pursuant to clause 18(1)(

d) and clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 2010-199 dated May 4, 2010, which Order reappointed Dr. Syed Naveed Akhtar to the Nova Scotia Review Board, by striking out "day" in the second line of clause (

b) and substituting "hour".
