Order in Council 1996/2016

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Nathan Ferguson was appointed a full-time member of the Landlord and Tenant Board by Order in Council 1995/2016 dated December 20, 2016;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 76(2) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 169(2) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006 ,

Nathan Ferguson be paid an annual remuneration of $106,350.

Further, Nathan Ferguson shall be eligible for benefits, excluding pension, in accordance with the benefit entitlements of the Senior Management Group of the Ontario Public Service;

Further, Nathan Ferguson may elect to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan in accordance with the provisions of the Plan. If he declines to participate in the Public Service Pension Plan, he shall not be entitled to compensation in lieu of participation in the Plan;

And further, Nathan Ferguson shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses incurred while engaged in the business of the Landlord and Tenant Board in accordance with the relevant directives, guidelines and policies of the Treasury Board and Management Board of Cabinet.
