OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Utility and Review Board Act dated September 24, 2008, and pursuant to Sections 5 and 7 of

Chapter 11 of the Acts of 1992, the Utility and Review Board Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint E.A. Nelson Blackburn of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a part-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board for a one-year term effective October 1, 2008; (

b) determine the remuneration for E.A. Nelson Blackburn as a part-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board to be at the rate of $700 per day for each full day, pro-rated at the rate of $100 per hour for each partial day, while performing duties of the Board; (

c) appoint J. Thomas Langley of Antigonish, Antigonish County, as a part-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board for a one-year term effective October 1, 2008; and (

d) determine the remuneration for J. Thomas Langley as a part-time member of the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board to be at the rate of $700 per day for each full day, pro-rated at the rate of $100 per hour for each partial day, while performing duties of the Board.
