OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated June 29, 2005, and pursuant to
Section 62A of
Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to direct the Minister of Finance, for the fiscal year 2005-2006, to pay out of the Public Debt Management Fund a sum not to exceed CAD $475,000,000.00, at such time or times, if any, as the Minister determines is necessary to pay or retire such securities of the Province as mature during the fiscal year 2005-2006.
