Order in Council 661/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 2(3) of the Financial Services Tribunal Act, 2017 ,

Carlo Spadafora of Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

be appointed as a part-time member of the Financial Services Tribunal for a term of two years effective the date of this Order in Council.
