Citation

1 These regulations may be cited as the Excluded Class of Municipality Regulations.

2 In these regulations, “Act” means the Education Act .

Excluded class of municipality

3 A municipality that does not have a current and valid service exchange agreement with

the Province is excluded from the first right of offer in subsection 77(4) of the Act.
