OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated September 27, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 27, 28 and 29 of

Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, and to clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the said Revised Statutes, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 91-493; (

b) convey to the Estate of William Brian Thompson Dickie the lands described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, acquired by Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia by reason of the dissolution of Rowlings Harbour Estate Limited, a dissolved corporation; and (

c) authorize the Minister of Justice to make and execute any such documents as he deems necessary to effect the aforementioned conveyance, upon payment by the Executor of the Estate of William Brian Thompson Dickie to the Department of Justice of a fee in the amount of $500.00 for services in respect of the application for this conveyance.
