Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the President of the Executive Council (Premier) entering into a Memorandum of Understanding Regarding Atlantic Apprenticeship Harmonization (Atlantic Workforce Partnership), to be substantially in the form set forth in
Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
