OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated March 26, 2009, pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve the issuance of a grant or deed by the Minister of Natural Resources to convey a parcel of Crown land containing 5.0 hectares, more or less, located at Grand Lake, Louisbourg, Cape Breton County, and shown outlined in bold line on the plan marked

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, to CBI Cape Breton Island Developers Inc., a body corporate having its registered office at Sydney, Nova Scotia, its successors and assigns, for the consideration of $6,175.00; and (

b) authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
