Beginning at a point on the high water mark of Fortune Bay, at the mouth of Little Bay de LEau at coordinates north 5,276,125 metres east 655,950 metres;

Then grid north 500 metres, more or less, to a high point, coordinates north 5,276,625 metres east 655,950 metres;

Then north 1 00 east, 3,750 metres, more or less, to a high point, coordinates north 5,280,350 metres east 656,050;

Then north 69 30 east, 3,875 metres, more or less, to a high point, coordinates north 5,281,750 metres east 659,675;

Then south 49 30 east, 1,150 metres, more or less, to the northernmost extremity of an unnamed pond, coordinates north 5,281,000 metres east 660,550 metres;

Then in a southerly direction along the western shoreline of the pond to and along the eastern shoreline of Betty Brook, to a point on the high water mark of Bombards Cove, coordinates north 5,278,575 metres east 660,650;
