OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Advanced Education dated August 15, 2018, and pursuant to

Section 5 of

Chapter 138 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1969 (as amended), the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Act , is pleased to: (

a) appoint Jim Horwich, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Bedford), as a member of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Board of Governors for a term of office commencing September 4, 2018 and expiring August 31, 2021; (

b) reappoint Sean Kelly, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Board of Governors for a term of office commencing September 4, 2018 and expiring August 31, 2021; and (

c) reappoint Dave van de Wetering, of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax), as a member of the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design Board of Governors for a term of office commencing September 4, 2018 and expiring August 31, 2021.
