OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated June 11, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 9 of the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Financial Assistance Regulations , N.S. Reg 133/2001, made pursuant to

Chapter 30 of the Acts of 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act , is pleased to consent to the decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated dated February 26, 2014, to approve financial assistance by way of a payroll rebate to Innovatia Inc. in an amount not to exceed Nine Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand, Four Hundred dollars ($959,400.00).
