Part I of the Gaming Control Act dated March 14, 2007, and pursuant to

section 6, and subsections 24(3) and 25(

a) and (

b) of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, as amended, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs and the Minister responsible for the Administration of

Part I of the Gaming Control Act to enter into a gaming agreement with the Bear River First Nation and the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation, in a form substantially the same as Appendix A attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation.
