Order in Council 1491/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council OC -1489/2018 dated December 27, 2018 the Government of Ontario established the position of Special Advisor on Indigenous Affairs (“the Special Advisor”);

And

whereas the Government of Ontario considers it advisable to appoint an individual to serve as the Special Advisor;

Now therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Ontario to appoint advisors to serve Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

Eugene Clifford Bull

is hereby appointed as Special Advisor on Indigenous Affairs to serve at the pleasure of the Crown for a period not exceeding three years from the effective date of this order.
